Keeping domain name

    Hi, I’ve got a domain name already (hosted by 123-Reg) and want to use it for a WP site, but when I tried to transfer it, it looked like the name would be changed, from example.org.uk to exampleorguk.wordpress.com. Is it possible to have a WP site but still keep the original domain name? Thanks!

    Sure thing. You’d just need to have a paid plan for that, then map the domain or transfer it. Then the domain would essentially be added to exampleorguk.wordpress.com, so that it displays that site’s contents under the desired name.
