Keeping expired website

    I’ve been with you guys for a couple of years I believe that that $80 fee to keep my website should be waived at least one time only because I had a new card and you guys never really sent me anything about renewing or even called me would’ve been OK in leaving a voicemail I didn’t get any of that

    Please don’t start new topics if you’re already being helped in an existing one. I replied to you in https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/keeping-my-domain-name/ yesterday. Please follow up there if you have any further questions.

    The $80 redemption fee is what we have to pay to get your domain back from the registrar. You had about 43 days after the domain expired to renew it at the regular price before it entered redemption, and we sent you the first reminder that the domain was expired 60 days before it expired.

    The redemption fee cannot be waived.
