To be able to use your existing domain with WordPress.com you can use the steps described here, Map your Existing Domain
Also, to be able to do so, you need to be subscribed with any of the Paid WordPress Plans
One’s you have a Paid plan you can go to MySites–>Domain
and follow the guidelines in the Map your Existing Domain document.
