Keeping my URL but deleting entire blog there to start over with a new one

  Hi, I’d like to keep my URL and start a brand new blow with it. But I want to completely delete the Charlotte PR Blog, along with all of its comments and content. I’m not longer in Charlotte or the PR industry there, and want to start a new blog here at home in Pennsylvania. Can you do that? Just wipe the site clean so I can build a whole new blog under petebosak.wordpress.com?

  Hello there,
  If you are willing to wait rather than DIY http://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/ Staff can empty the whole blog for you. That will remove all data including posts, pages, tags, categories, comments, and uploaded files and once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

  If you are sure you want Staff to proceed, and you are prepared to wait then type modlook into the tags in the sidebar of this thread for Staff attention and post again to this thread to:

  (1) confirm the URL of the blog you want them to empty;
  (2) confirm that you know content deletion is irreversible.

  IMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting blog content does not remove it from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months. To completely remove an entire page from Google search results: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/1663419?hl=en
