Keeping my wordpress.com account working while I transfer to wordpress.org

  I have a wordpress.com website and transferred my domain to HostPapa because I want to set up a wordpress.org website. However, I want my website to remain active on wordpress.com while I set up my other website. Right now I have no access to my website. HELP!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Ruth,

  You can do this by setting your “ruthlsnyder.wordpress.com” site as the primary domain. Please go to Store > Domains in your Dashboard, and update your primary domain. Please remember to click Update Primary Domain!

  Once this is set you should be able to view your site at: ruthlsnyder.wordpress.com

  ruthlsnyder.wordpress.com was already set as the primary domain. The problem seems to be with the DNS, so I’m contacting my registrar.

  Hi Ruth,

  After looking into your account, I found that ruthlsnyder.wordpress.com was not set as your primary domain. It was still ruthlsnyder.com, so I have updated it for you. It should be working now. Please note that you can change this anytime by going to Store > Domains in your Dashboard.
