KEEPING OLD DOMAIN AND MAPPING, OR TRANSFERRING TO WP?

    Before proceeding further with structuring my website, i was asked to decide whether to keep my old domain registrar (godaddy) or transfer to wp. Any way to defer this to later, after designing the site itself?

    Hi @stajbaksh, no problem. You’re welcome to stage your new site with us before pointing the domain here. That way your current site can stay “live” until your new one is ready.

    Start by creating your site with the plan of your choice:
    https://wordpress.com/plans

    Choose a free URL for now, and just avoid using the domain options until you’re ready. Then you can either transfer the domain or map it to our servers.
