Keeping sending me unrelated emails

  Hi, there,

  I created a website through wordpress because of my academic project. However, start from yesterday, I received many emails with comments from other people. It looks like this:

  I don’t mind what happened with my accounting. But I do believe that I have already closed the comment function in my website. Could you please help me have a look? I want to keep my website, otherwise, I will delete my account. It is really annoying me a lot. Thanks
