Keeping subscribers while upgrading to custom domain name

    Hi, I change my blog but I can not export my subscriptions e-mails.

    How Can I export from maquiagemexecutiva.wordpress.com to maquiagemexecutiva.com.br/portal/.

    They are both at wordpress.com.

    I have more than 12.000 subscriptions.

    I need help, please.

    I found more people with the same problem.

    Hi Isabelle,

    I see that you are trying to move your subscribers from your WordPress.com site to your self-hosted WordPress.org site. The thread you linked to is actually a different issue.

    I’d be happy to transfer your site over, but please note that you currently have:

    WP.com Subscribers: 20
    EMail Subscribers: 106

    I have transferred these followers as requested.

    I know in your Follow blog widget it has over 12,000 followers, but they include your Publicize (Twitter and Facebook) followers – those would not be transferred over. All your Facebook friends are included in that total as well.
