keeps redirecting me to page to create another blog

  I tried to add my about me section once I click publish it did not publish, instead it took me to here https://en.wordpress.com/signup/?blog=1/2012/07/18/16-before-30/#respond where it prompts me to recreate another blog. The same thing happened when someone tried to leave a comment, they were redirected to create another page.

  There’s a wide-spread issue evidenced by the multiple active threads on the front page of this forum and beyond reporting the same issue for the last 24 hours.
