Keeps saying I need a paid plan even though I have one

  Hi, I am trying to contact support about activating a theme. I was instructed by the error to contact support. However, when I did it said I needed a paid plan. I have a paid plan. I am on the business plan but now I am stuck in a loop. Please help

  I guess you are logged in to the wrong account which doesn’t own that site. aka paid plan. To restore access to your other account, you can use the Transaction ID as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#transaction-id
