Kein "Gefällt mir" Button, kein Kommentieren möglich

  Hallo! Wer über einen Facebook-Link zu meinem Blog gelangt, hat auch die Möglichkeit diesen zu teilen oder zu kommentieren. Aber wer direkt die web-Adresse meines Blogs anwählt, hat überhaupt keine Möglichkeiten, zu kommentieren, zu “liken” oder zu empfehlen. Warum?

  If I understand correctly, readers that are directed straight to a specific blog post on your site from Facebook can leave a comment and share your post. For example, you’ll see the comment box and sharing icons here:

  http://damachstenix.wordpress.com/2014/11/24/angeflanscht/

  However, from your home page below, there is not a comment box beneath the post or sharing icons:

  http://damachstenix.wordpress.com/

  Is that correct?

  Comment boxes will only appear on individual pages and posts (the former URL). They will not appear on your front page, which acts like an archive of your latest posts.

  However, you can show the social icons on your home page by clicking the following option on your Reading Settings page (Settings -> Reading):

  http://d.pr/i/1bren

  Can you give that a try?

  thank you very much, that was indeed very helpful. Unfortunately, there occured another problem after I adjusted the “sharing” settings: By publishing my latest article, I produced 2 entries on facebook: The first one was the link I shared by activating the “sharing” button – nothing wrong with thatone.
  But the second entry I found was the simple message on facebook, that I had just published an article. That – I presume – due to my Publisize-settings, where I permanently linked my facebook-account. But there is only a message on facebook “Alex Bettenhausen hast just published…” followed by the first lines of my text. No link. No button to open the text. It looks like that was all, as if my whole article consists of these 3 lines. So: Sharing works just fine, but the Publisize-Message seems unfunctional

  Thanks for the additional details. I don’t currently see the post you’re referring to on your Facebook wall. Could you take a screenshot and upload it to your Media Library so I can see this in action?
