Keyboard is set to English, but punctuation is still being separated?

  Hello! My keyboard is set to English (in Chrome), but when I publish something new, the punctuation is off. I have to go back and either re-word, or move a photo in order for the words to line up differently as not to be separated. For example, *I´m* – if it´s at the end of a line, the word is separated when it wraps. It appears as *I
  ´m* (hoping this will post as I typed it, separating the I and ´m).
  Also….how can I get the write a post section that will be identical to the actual post, once published? It´s always a different layout once I hit publish, and I have to go back and update multiple times :(
