Keyboard shortcut to switch between Visual and HTML view.

  I’m an extremely keyboard oriented user. I switch between Visual and HTML quite often. Scrolling all the way up to the top causes me to lose my place when editing long articles.

  Please implement a keyboard shortcut to switch between Visual and HTML view.
