Keyword Stats- Is google sending data ?

  I haven’t posted for a while but yesterday and the day before I had some visitors to my blog. Throughout January all visits were showing on Google as the search engine used, and ‘unknown search term’ as the keyword. I was told this is because Google does not share these stats anymore.

  Today and yesterday I have shown Google again as my only search engine referral yet half the stats show a search term and half unknown.

  Is Google sharing stats again or is there a discrepancy here ?

  Hi themanonthe81a, this is just to say that I also today noticed the same phenomenon in here. While I never could get any other information than “Unknown search terms” in my stats, today, surprisingly, and being Google the only referrer, I first time get a search term displayed.

  Hi timethief, and thank you for your reply. I am not paying for ads, so I am sure no one could have clicked on one that would redirect them to my (wordpress.com) blog. Still, yesterday, I got a clear search term displayed for the first time, which I thought was very strange.. and brought me here.
