  I’ve paid and received a licence number with Keyy 2 factor authentication the instructions I received from keyy is that I need to activate it on WordPress.com and now it’s looking like I’m going to have to pay near $330 USD before I am able to do this. I going insane trying to work this out need assistance

  If you are using WordPress.com hosting, plugins can only be added to the Business plan. https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  If you have hosting on another site using the WordPress software from wordpress.org, you can install plugins.

  There’s a difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and you can learn about that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Keep in mind that WordPress.com accounts already enable Two Step Authentication: https://en.support.wordpress.com/security/two-step-authentication/
