  Hi I want to make a site like Kijiji much smaller of course to start but do not know where to start. I thought I could begin through using WordPress. I also would like to make a smaller site too. Please let me know what your thoughts are. Thanks, Andi PS It’s more of an experiment and thought it was something I could do in my spare time and this one would also offer free advertising and would allow people to post on their own.

  You are in the wrong place. You cannot do that here at all. Hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ Go to http://wordprerss.org for free software and read this to Create a multisite network http://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network
