Kile button–I am not getting help

    I have tried numerous times to get help about my like button not working on the Readers after a period of time. I keep getting mails that ask how I liked the support team’s help but no one has contacted me otherwise to help. Please. Someone help me go through the steps to fix this problem. I never receive emails from you to help with this situation. It is really effecting my experience on WordPress as far as communicating with other bloggers and their posts. If you test it at your end test it until it fails and you will see what I mean. I cannot usually go past 1hr of liking posts before the the button will not stick and then it wipes out all my previous likes. Please help. Send mer multiple emails with assistance. ASAP please. Thank you.
