Kindly refund me $99 for an unwanted upgrade

  Please I really need a refund on the upgrade that I did not want for my site. I was actually distressed when I got the email telling me I’ve been charged $99. I didn’t know anything about it and he never even used the site in question as I find WordPress quite tricky to use. Please cancel this upgrade and in fact all or any account I have with you. The service has truly upset me.

  You can issue a refund yourself by following the instructions in the Refunds support document.
