Kindly Restore My Premium Plan

  I accidentally deleted my premium plan and domain. Kindly help me and restore them. I Intend to transfer the domain to WordPress. The domain is egmafrica.org and the account is https://egmafricaorg.wordpress.com. My Premium them is due to expire on May3, 2019. Thank you in advance for the help.

  Howdy –

  No worries. I’ve gone ahead and restored your plan and domain mapping for egmafrica.org .

  The domain is pointed to GoDaddy and not us at WordPress.com. In order to for that domain to point to WordPress.com the name servers need to be edited. Contact GoDaddy and ask them to change the name servers to ours. Those are:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Thank you very much. The domain is now restored and working well. Kindly also help and restore the WordPress.com Premium. It’s not yet restored.

  Sure, your Premium plan has also been restored and there is a list of all active upgrades on your Manage Purchases page:
