King composer save data issue

    Hi

    I’m using a visual editor (king composer) on a custom theme and am having a consistent and very frustrating experience where every time I make changes (via the admin panel) to the back end of the website, once I click update, those changes are gone and the page reverts back to a previous save.

    Sometimes, occasionally, a new change will actually stick. But i’m not sure why that happens. Also, editing the theme directly is always successful too.

    It appears that just when i’m using the visual editor the changes are not saved. I have tried removing all my plugins and reinstalling each one at a time and it appears that the kingcomposer editor is the source of the problem. However, I can’t remove this plugin without wiping all the work done so far.

    From other forums, it appears that this is a problem associated with wordpress.com hosting rather than other forms of hosting. Does anyone have any advice at all??

    p.s. I have tried emptying my cache multiple times. Sometimes it works and I will be able to add a portion of text and it actually save but 90%+ it doesn’t work.

    Looking at your account, you have no sites listed. Do you perhaps have another WordPress.com account, and could you please share your site URL?

    Please keep in mind, these forums are for sites hosted on WordPress.com managed hosting. If your site is hosted elsewhere, help is available in the WordPress.org forums.

    I checked your site and it is using the open-source WordPress.org software and is not hosted with us here at WordPress.com, but rather with Go Daddy:
