Our records show that your domain kipsang.com expired a few days ago and it’s now on-hold with our registrar.

The good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain at its regular renewal price of $18 and for that, I have already emailed you a payment request. Please reply back if you have submitted the payment so that we can begin the recovery process.

Please note that if in the meantime your domain enters into redemption, then a late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one that we can waive.

Since you’re already logged in, you can temporarily change your WordPress.com account’s email to a different one so that our system can email you the payment form. Here’s a direct link to the page where you can update your email address:

Hi there,

Once an upgrade has been removed from the account, like here, I’m afraid it’s no longer possible to pay via PayPal. The link we sent you only supports debit and credit card payments.

I see you’ve had this domain with us since 2011.

In 2016 we made changes on WordPress.com that a paid plan is now required to use your own domain with a WordPress.com site. As a legacy domain owner your account was not subject to this change, but now that the domain has been removed, you will need a plan to set that domain as the primary domain on your site again.

If you want to buy a paid plan, we can use the free domain credit included in the plan for the domain’s renewal – in that case you’d be able to use PayPal to pay for the plan. Alternatively if you don’t want a plan at this point, you can also buy the plan using PayPal, then let us know and we can cancel the plan and issue a partial refund, just keeping the cost of the domain.

As soon as we restore and renew the domain, your DNS records for your email should also be active again, yes.
