Kitchen sink missing, unable to post new or edit old.

  Unable to create new post or edit existing post. All icons have disappeared from create/edit post page. Also no stats loading. Using Firefox 13.0 & Windows 7 x64. Have cleared history & cache numerous times, but to no avail.

  This sounds like the same problem discussed in other threads re: adblock.

  I changed my personal settings to use HTTPS and everything is now working fine.
