    Hello, I have a Klaviyo account that I use for campaigns, but my emails do not display a photo or icon, only a letter in a circle. I was advised to sync my platform with yours to enable the display photo option. Can you please guide me on how to do this? Thank you.

    Hi there – We will need more information to help. For starters, can you tell us more about who or what entity advised you to sync with us? And they say “WordPress.com” specifically, or did they just say “WordPress”?

    Which then leads to the question of whether this is related to a WordPress website you own elsewhere. If it is, can you pass us the URL to your site?

    Knowing this information will help us get started on things you can do next to get closer to your goal. :)
