KLM Labs – Woocommerce issue

Hi, I’m trying to get support for woocommerce, and the support page keeps telling me to verify my email. I found the original emails I received confirming my account, and there is no option to verify. My woocommerce will not let me update the plugin or the database. It appears my table ‘wp_woocommerce_log’ does not exist so I cannot proceed. Please help! Thanks, Robert

It seems that you have already verified your account, are you still having issues? If so, please log out and log in again to your account, that should help.
After that, if you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
These forums are for WordPress.com hosted websites. If you want to know the difference between the two, you can find more information in this document:
