    HELP!!! PLEASE!!!
    COULD NOT ACCESS KNOW 1 RADIO EMAIL ACCOUNT OR DESIGNER DURING COVID!!!! DOMAIN EXPIRED!!!??? CARD ON FILE EXPIRED!!! INTERNET RADIO STATION/KNOW 1 RADIO IS/WAS CONNECTED TO DOMAIN!!! JUST GOT INTO WORDPRESS ACCOUNT FINALLY!!! :) I DO/CAN NOT AFFORD TO LOSE MY ACCOUNT OR DOMAIN WITH WORDPRESS!!!! I THINK 8 HAVE TWO ACCOUNTS!!!??? AGAIN!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

    So that I understand the situation, is it that you want to connect your domain know1radio.com to WordPress.com?

    Hi @know1radio

    According to our records the domain know1radio.com was registered to your WordPress.com account, and last time it was renewed was on Jun 6, 2020 as you can see here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    However, I do not see a renewal for June 2021, and as a result your domain was expired and removed from your account. We sent several emails about this, warning you before the domain expired, but at this point it has gone on sale to the public again as so much time has passed. Someone else owns know1radio.com and we are not able to recover it for you.

    Hi @hughfordb123, I’m not sure to what process are you referring to. The domain expired and it’s now registered by someone else. At this point, there’s nothing else that we or @know1radio can do.
