Kubrick Custom Header trouble

  I’m trying to upload a custom header in Kubrick. The header shows up correctly on some Firefox users’ computers, but not on others. It consistently works on Safari and consistently doesn’t work on IE. Can anyone help?? I’ve tried clearing the cache and I’ve tried holding down ctrl and refreshing. No luck. I’ve already checked this topic (https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/photo-header-for-kubrick?replies=5) and several others and haven’t found a solution. The address is http://mahoutshout.com.
