Kubrick theme and Internet Explorer

  Hiya…I’m a bit new to wordpress, but I’m hoping some patient and helpful people are out there. FYI-I did a search of my problem in the forums already, and haven’t found definitive answers, and threads that turned into Firefox vs. Explorer don’t help at all.

  I’m using the Kubrick theme, my computer is a Mac, and I use Firefox at home. Today I logged on at work (on a PC, Explorer), and my blog was misaligned and sloppy looking. I downloaded Firefox, re-checked, and all was well in blogland. However, I know that not everyone uses Firefox, and I’d like my blog to look good on any browser, even if I am only at the beginning stages. I don’t know what version of Explorer my office has, but I checked another WordPress blog I read at home, and it also was wonky on that browser, fine on Firefox.

  Help? Suggestions?

  I see nothing wrong – I use IE…

  You must have been using IE6, which doesn’t play well with wordpress. Your blog looks fine in IE7.

  Back at work, and yes, they are on IE6. I don’t know how much they’d appreciate me messing with their system, but I’ll trust you that it looks good on IE7.
