If you have purchased the CSS upgrade then you can edit the CSS style sheet and change the link color throughout the blog http://faq.wordpress.com/2007/10/18/about-the-custom-css-upgrade/
If not then you can change it in each post that you make one at a time http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/06/12/can-i-change-my-font-font-size/ -

The site linked to your name— http://www.thepra.com.au/ —does not look like a blog hosted at WordPress.COM. If you don’t have a wp.com blog, then perhaps you are not in a forum which can help you:

I’m using a wordpress.com blog> pradeclassified.com
I have already purchased the CSS upgrade. Do you know where in the CSS I can change the color for all links?
Thanks folks

You don’t need the CSS upgrade to change the colour of links. You can just select the text and change the colour, although I can’t remember if you do that before or after linking. Before, I think.
Always link your name to the WP.com blog. It saves everyone so much time when we’re trying to give you accurate answers.

Thanks for all the response people.
Am i able to change the color of all links across the entire blog, including the links down the right hand column? I wish to change that orange color.

The solution I posted would have to be applied to each link, by hand. Yes, there’s something you can change in the CSS to change all of them at once, but I’m afraid I don’t know what it is. Tinker with the preview and read the recommended resources; I’m sure one of them will point out the way.
