Kubrick Theme Header
-
I have been trying for a while, but I just can’t do it. I would love it if someone could help me make a header for the kubrick theme that would be rounded just like the original header.

Try this utility at fd’s flickr toys, which will generate a 760px x 200px header from any image

YOu’re not the first person to report this. Could you be more specific about “not coming out right?” As long as you round the corners of the coloured part of the header and put it on a white background, it should look fine, with no lines or anything. What’s the problem? Also, please supply a link to your blog so we can take a look.

Looks like you made it too long and the bottom is getting cut off instead of rounded. You need to round the bottom corners too, and make it a bit short, and put it on a white background. I think you’ve done that for the top. You just need to do that for the bottom and make sure it’s short enough to show the curves.

As raincoaster says this has come up before. Bloggers struggle to get the image to line up and post to the forum, time passes and eventually they request staff intervention. -

It may be helpful to post this so others understand where the gray areas are that dailydanny has referred to. http://faq.files.wordpress.com/2006/09/kubrick.jpg
