  Ich möchte meinen Account kündigen und löschen, und bitte um schriftliche Bestätigung per email.

  PS: Ich empfehle Anbieter, die keine einfache Kündigungsmöglichkeit bieten, nie weiter. Ein absolutes NoGo.
