thank you, tell me please, i have been locked out of my siteground acc as well as my web mail, i’ve been struggling for over a month now to get the compliance team to sort out my account, and have sent them the docs they requested over and over .. they keep sending a lame email stating:
“We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
Our clients’ security is our main priority hence we need some more processing time to review the case and to make sure that the account security isn’t compromised.
We will contact you back as soon as possible.”INITIALLY they said can take up to 48hrs, its over 30 days now…. think i was scammed, and really need to get my stuff working.. please please if you have any advice

@heino123 we’re a separate hosting company and haven’t really worked with the SiteGround compliance team. I’m sorry you’re having trouble.
If you need help with the WordPress aspect of the hosting, assuming you have backups or can access the back-end somehow, the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ are your best bet.
These forums are for the sties using our managed hosting service, so we’re really not involved with your site at all.

well, i have access to my ftp, and need to launch a very small online ecommerce store, i want to leave siteground their team has proved to VERY be good in sales and very poor with everything after i baught a package..
what can you suggest, simple and cheap alternative
