Lorsque je veux insérer une image dans une page, j’appuie sur la fonction «insère un media», mais ça ne m’amène plus à la bibliothèque d’image. Comment faire?

I’m sorry to hear that! I just tested this out on your site and found that I was able to get to the Media > Library when I click on Add Media in your page. Can you try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?
Then restart your browser and see if that helps. Make sure you are using the most recent version of your browser as seen here:
If that also doesn’t help can you try another browser like Chrome or Firefox?

Après avoir fait ce que vous me suggériez, la fonction «insère un media» ne fonctionne toujours pas lorsque que je veux insérer une image ou une photo dans une page. Lorsqu’on active la fonction, ça ne fait que me ramener au haut de la page et non à la bibliothèque d’image. -
Hm, very strange! This is happening on Chrome and Firefox as well? Would it be possible to get a screencast of this? If you upload it to your Media > Library page I’d be more than happy to take a further look. If you could do it on Chrome that’d be very helpful.

Désolé, mais mon système(Mac os 10.5.8) ne permet pas cette application. La fonction «ajouter un média» ne fonctionne pas ni lorsqu’on veut ajouter une image à une page, ni à un article. Toutefois, je peux «insérer un média» dans un article en «optant pour une expérience de publication améliorée». Toutefois, cette option n’existe pas pour une page.
La fonction «ajoute un média» fonctionnait encore il y a 3 semaines environ. Que s’est-il alors passé? Quel est le bog? -
Je préciserait aussi que les fonctions «ajouter un sondage » et «ajouter un formulaire de contact» fonctionnent parfaitement dans une page. Pourquoi alors «ajouter un média» ne fonctionne plus?

Hi Luc,
If screencast is not an option, can you please follow the steps here to check for Javascript Errors when clicking Add Media?
Open the console as described, then click Add media, and when it fails as you have seen it before, check the console.
Take a screenshot (just an image, not a screencast) of anything that appears in the console. Then upload that image to your media library.
That will help us understand the issue better. :)

Thank you for the screenshots. I’ll report these a developer so they can do a check on the errors.
However, at my first glance most of the errors seem possible just through a browser being behind on javascript updates. You said you’re running Mac OS 10.5.8, so you won’t be able to update to the current version of Safari — but could you please check for updates that you’re running the most up-to-date version possible?
Also, do you see these errors when clicking Add Media in another browser, like Firefox?

I will try, but up to now, i do not have this browser. My question is that something like tree weeks ago, every thing was runnint right! What happened since that time? I do not understand!

We consistently make updates to all the code on WordPress.com. Any number of those changes may have affected the button.
Checking how it behaves in another browser is helpful because if it works correctly in Firefox we’ll know the problem is specific to Safari.
