  Hello,
  I’d like to transfer my website domain and design services to WordPress, but honestly can’t figure out how. Whenever I click follow your guides, I get messages that my domain can’t move? Why not? I’ve moved it before – I’d like to just have everything with WordPress to make it easier. Can you please help facilitate this?

  We can move your site and design over. However, we cannot transfer in a .ca domain at this time. You can connect that domain, though. Doing so will still allow you to manage your site here at WordPress.com. If you are interested in this option, these steps should assist you in migrating your site, as long as you use WordPress software.
