Lack of customer suppor

    Has anyone had issues with customer support lately? My website has been down for a week and I’ve requested my verification be sent to a certain email and I got 3 emails saying they were trying to reach me on two different defunct emails.

    Why isn’t there anyone on their live chat. I keep getting a response from that saying the everyone team will be in touch.

    and nothing. My business is frozen, my website is down and so is the email connected to it.
