I can’t find this, the reason for this post is the lack of help from this service provider , chat bot goes in a loop and purposly doesn’t not want o connect to a human on any form , very poor when there a problem ( THOUGHT SOMEONE FROM WORDPRESS WOULD READ THIS ???? )

Hey there, It sounds like you are trying to cancel an auto renewal. Are you logged in with the correct WordPress.com username account to cancel that renewal? Can you see your current upgrades at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases? If so, from there you can follow this guide to turning off an auto renewal https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/automatic-renewal/
If you are not logged in with the correct WordPress.com account and you don’t remember the log in details for that account, follow the instructions that @staartmees pointed you to, where it says
Transaction ID: A transaction ID is a unique alphanumeric code generated for your payment. If you purchased an upgrade on the site with a credit card, PayPal, or another method, you can retrieve a transaction ID from your bank or PayPal statements or locate a past WordPress.com receipt sent to your email address.
Click that link to “retrieve a transaction ID” for more details and enter that ID in the account recovery form only. Do NOT post that information here in these public forums.
