Lack of WP response re content warning

Received the following message on my blog which has recently focused on the bullying death of a high school freshman in Massachusetts. I’ve received several angry comments that I ought to remove content or close the blog because of various reasons (people simply want to move on instead of holding those responsible accountable for their actions).

“Warning: We have a concern about some of the content on your blog. Please click here to contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue and re-enable posting.”

I responded as directed but have not received any reply despite the promise of a response “ASAP.” Contacted support; no response.

How can I know what the specific problem is if no one responds?? I have no porn or copyright issues, nor do I allow clearly slanderous comments, simply frank discussions about a serious issue in our public schools.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Would be helpful if WP would send an email concurrent with the posting of the notice and blocking of the blog. Please do not tell me to go into the spam folder because I’ve checked all the folders.

    Hours later and still nada.
