'Ladder' theme layout and set-up

The theme I purchased (Ladder) does not work the way it shows in the picture… or at least I cannot get it to. I need some help in setting this page up the way I want it. I have been trying everything but I cannot make it work. Can I get some online or phone assistance?

I’m not sure if you’ve seen it yet, but there is a great support page available for your theme right here:
https://wordpress.com/themes/ladder/support/
And in addition since you have a premium theme if you run in to any issues you have a forum just for the Ladder theme that is managed by the theme author. You can access that right here:
