Lagging and crash

    Hi. I have been having problems creating my site and i can’t​ even load some of the pages. I even tried to delete my website​ to restart all over but even after keying in my email address, it didnt allow me to delete. There were a few glitch as well as i was unable to view contents that i have saved – i wasnt able to see any food menu items that i have keyed in, but when i was at the customize page, i was able to see them (hence i had duplicates of pages i have saved and i was unable to delete them). Even when i added a new item, the ‘publish’ took forever and i had to keep refreshing​ the page and then it was gone. -im using MacBook​ air

    In order to access your menus on your site you need to create a new page, set it to the Menu template, and publish it, as described in the documentation for your theme:

    Once you’ve published the page, also remember to add it to your site menu:

    Menus

    The lagging issue you describe is not related to your site, as I can access all areas of your site and its dashboard with no problems at all.

    If things aren’t loading for you, the problem is coming from your browser or internet connection. Please try clearing the browser cache, and disable any browser add-ons you have installed. Also make sure your browser allows JavaScript.

    Solve Common Browser Issues

    Also please check if you have these same issues if you use a completely different browser.

    If you do, the problem is likely with your connection instead, so in that case please try resetting your modem/router, or try using a different internet connection if possible to see if that helps.

    If you haven’t restarted your Macbook in a while, that might also be worth doing. If you never restart files start building up in the memory and in the connection cache, and can cause issues like you’re describing.
