  Hi there! I have a simple task. I want to use WordPress to create just one simple landing page for a domain name that is being hosted with another registrar. Can I just use WP for this job with no obligation to pay or transfer a domain name?

  Using a domain on another registrar would require a paid WordPress.com plan employing domain transfer or domain mapping.
