the url for the alternate landing page was corrupted and I cant access my dashboard via wordpress.com/wp-admin/

This wouldn’t happen on WordPress.com and, since there are no sites on your account, I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with us. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
