    I purchased template for my new website https://videohive.net/item/small-art-gallery/26317013 which I want to use as a banner on my landing page. Can it be inserted?

    Looking at the site I can see it’s currently broken and not loading. It is not using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Are you planning to move the site to us so we can help you?

    For immediate help, I would contact your hosting provider first. They may not have any support for weekends, though. Otherwise, there’s a volunteer network available for folks who run their own WordPress installations, which is how you’re set up. That is available at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
