Landing page while site is under construction
-
I am completely redoing an existing website for the company I work for. I have been using a simple under construction web page informing visitors of the maintenance being done. However, I work for a non profit and we need a landing page that can be used for donations while the site is still under construction. I have been looking and looking and can’t figure out a plugin or a way to build a landing page that is accessible for this while the rest of the site is under construction. Please help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
What is the site address that you are working on?
If it’s not hosted on WordPress.com and is using a self-hosted installation of WordPress, you can get support on WordPress.org forums at https://wordpress.org/support/You could use one of the Maintenance Mode plugins to build a temporary landing page, and insert a donation form, powered by “Give” plugin.
This support forum is designed to help sites hosted by WordPress.com.
For more information, you can check out this link: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org. -
The site is http://jnrc.it/, not the blog address listed above. (I’m not sure why that is listed.)

Hi Abbey,
Your blog address is listed because you’re logged in to that account.
http://jnrc.it/ is not hosted by WordPress.com because it’s a self-hosted installation of WordPress.
The difference between .ORG and .COM is explained here:
For future reference, you can ask for support in the WordPress.org forums:
