  I have set my interface language as English, why am I being punished with an alien one?

  Your language settings are under Settings > General (for your blog) and Users > Personal settings (for your dashboard). More information here:

  If that doesn’t help: please clarify what you mean by “an alien one” and what makes you think that someone is “punishing” you.
