  There are 2 places where i can change the language. One under general settings and another one if i click on my profile name (top right hand corner). What is the difference? I tried to change them both but my blog remained the same? so why they are there really?

  Thanks for the link. I have read it but it did not answer my question! I know now it is possible to change language in 2 places but my question which is not answered in that link what is the difference between these 2 settings? any example would be very much appreciate it.
