  I can’t change my language when I check my account settings my language is English, but when I check my home the language change chinese.

  You can set only one interface language for your blog.

  > Dashboard > Settings > General

  Hi there,

  Where do you see something in Chinese? Please give the exact link.

  I don’t see any text in Chinese on your site, and your site settings under My Site ->Settings are also set to English.

If you use the WordPress.com guide for screenshots http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/ you can and upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it.
