Can people who don’t speak my language read my blog? If not then how can I enable translation of my blog?

If you are bilingual or multilingual and want to publish your free hosted WordPress.com in two or more languages but do not want to rely on machine translation that can be done see here > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2013/02/25/wordpress-com-multilingual-blogs/
If that’s not the case and you do want to provide machine translation then note what follows. We cannot use Microsoft or Google translation widgets or any others, as they are JavaScript and it’s stripped out to preserve security on this multiuser blogging platform. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/
