Language issue in WP Dashboard

    I have tried to change language from Settings, General, and select the language but after saving doesn’t work the language stays the same as before I’ve also tried to change the language only on the profile but doesn’t work. I’ve also tried with a different browser or clear cache but nothing happens. how can I fix it?
