Language selector on smart phones

Why doesn’t the language selector work on smart phones? I want to be able to click on the flag and see the rest of the languages just like on the computer

Are you having trouble at https://wordpress.com/settings/ ?
If so, could you please try at Users -> Personal Settings in your blog’s Dashboard?
