Language setting keeps changing according to local IP address English to Arabic

  My language settings keep defaulting to the country of the local IP address, I think. I only speak English, but it keeps translating into Arabic – so it keep redirecting or changing my settings… HELP!

  It should not do that. Check the language settings on the dashboard Settings->General page and make sure they are English.
