Language Settings Are Stuck on Spanish (es)

  Hi,
  I recently changed my user settings from English to Spanish for my user profile. Now I am trying to change back to an English language interface, but the settings are only allowing Español (es).

  I am trying to change my settings here:
  https://wordpress.com/me/account

  It says, “Idioma de la interfaz”
  I select Engish and click, “Guardar configuración de la cuenta”

  Then, instead of changing to English, I am told in Spanish that my setting change has been correctly saved, “La configuración se ha guardado correctamente.”

  Yet it is still in Spanish. I have tried to clear my browser and use an alternative browser.

  I’m not sure what did the trick, however now the interface is in English.
